Greetings!
In response to the four consecutive holidays occurring at the end of September and throughout October this year, and in order to ensure adequate stock at all store locations and to avoid business disruptions caused by potential delivery delays, our company will implement an advance stocking plan. Please refer to the following order and shipment schedule, and kindly ensure your cooperation:
1. Teacher’s Day Holiday (Sep. 27 – Sep. 29) & Mid-Autumn Festival Holiday (Oct. 4 – Oct. 6)
♦ Order Date for Stocking: Thursday, September 18
♦ Shipping Period: Monday, September 22 – Wednesday, September 24 (shipments will be processed in order of purchase)
Stocking Recommendation: Please ensure that this batch of orders is sufficient to cover needs through October 9 (Mid-Autumn Festival)
2. National Day Holiday (Oct. 10 – Oct. 12)
♦ Order Date for Stocking: Tuesday, September 30
♦ Shipping Period: Wednesday, October 1 – Friday, October 3 (shipments will be processed in order of purchase)
♦ Important Reminder: Orders placed on September 30 will not be delivered before the Mid-Autumn Festival. Therefore, inventory for the Mid-Autumn Festival must be ordered by September 18.
Stocking Recommendation: For orders placed on September 30, please ensure stock covers until October 15.
3. Taiwan Retrocession Day Holiday (Oct. 24 – Oct. 26)
♦ Order Date for Stocking: Wednesday, October 15
♦ Shipping Period: Thursday, October 16 – Friday, October 17 (shipments will be processed in order of purchase)
4. Logistics & Delivery Reminder
Due to a high volume of gift box deliveries by Kerry TJ Logistics Co. Ltd. and HCT Logistics Co., Ltd. before and after the Mid-Autumn Festival, delivery may take 2–4 working days. To avoid stock shortages and business disruptions due to delivery delays, we kindly urge all stores to place orders in advance and stock sufficiently according to the announced schedule.
